I develop and manage SAP's FLASH business maturity assessment, a proprietary, free online tool for companies that identifies business gaps uncovers opportunities, benchmarks companies against the industry, and delivers strategic recommendations against best practices to build trust with customers and drive valuable business results.
MARKETING & MEDIA
I manage, develop and execute digital strategy and marketing campaigns across traditional, organic and paid digital channels and media, including search, display, influencers, social, email and SMS, nationally and locally. I have worked with and managed agency teams across creative development, influencers, media and customer service and engagement. I also develop audience segmentation targeting plans and deply with first- and third-party data and technology partners.

I integrate, analyze and use ecommerce, content, marketing, media, campaign and customer data to inform and improve omnichannel commerce, campaign, brand and product marketing and customer experience. I manage martech stack technology to meet brands' customer experience needs, including Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Data Cloud (CDC), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Automation and Personalization. I build reports and create data visualization dashboards to deliver insights that help optimize business, product, customer and marketing goals. I also manage SaaS software & RFPs, technology & agency vendors to deliver solutions that drive creative, content, marketing automation, media, customer engagement, customer segmentation & reporting.
EMOJI CREATION
I am the creator of the official Lacrosse Emoji across mobile and web applications, approved by Unicode Consortium in 2018 and supported by U.S. Lacrosse and The Tewaaraton Foundation. I consult on emoji development and use and recently partnered with another entertainment league to submit a second emoji proposal for evaluation in September 2022.
